May your longing in the New Year provide you a new time and a new space and new memories that will surpass the old and be of interest, and of benefit, to all of mankind so that your story will be among the compelling ones that when told 100 years from now will do its part to deprive our world of a little of its loneliness. Nothing else can be better than that – not your beauty- which will vanish with your flesh; not your wealth- which time will transfer without your permission; not your children- who will worship other gods; and not your intellect- which will be elementary to school children who will inhabit this earth 100 years from now.

Somewhere in this New Year you shall meet your epiphany. May it be obvious. May you find the courage to embrace it. May it make you a runner in this race that life is and not just someone who runs. I say all these because I care.
