How come nobody told me that the world is ending on December 21, 2012? How come?
Here are the things I did in the last two days:
I paid for three truck loads of sand. I will use them to mold blocks. I will use these blocks to construct a bungalow in my hometown. With the money at my disposal, the expected completion time for the house is 2019.
I called my remaining credit card company and reactivated a new card they sent to me. It will expire in 2013.
I just added another whole life insurance to my life insurance package. It will pay thousands of dollars to my children when I die in 2067.
I started to make $50 a month payment for my children’s education. It is estimated that at this rate, the account will have $20,000 dollars by the time they get into college in 2022.
Stupid me! Crazy me!
I have been wasting money without knowing that we all are going to kaput on December 21, 2012. Yes. It has been confirmed. Not just by the great Nostradamus. Maya cyclical calendars said it too. The ancient Egyptians coded it in their pyramids. Even NASA is seeing the signs but won’t say all they know else there is panic all over the world. All other prophets have signed off on this day. It is not like those out of the hat Jehovah Witness predictions.
This is the real deal.
Why is this one different from all the rest? On that day, the sun will get into the center of the Milky Way. Thunder, lightening, tsunamis, fire, Bridgestone, earthquake, tidal waves, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, will call come and crush us all.
In fact, the North Pole will become the South Pole that day and the South Pole will become the North Pole. This is called polar reversal. We shall be walking on the ceiling. The sun will rise in the west and set in the East. Our clothes will be sucked into our body.
Some predict that gravity will also disappear. So when a plane leaves New York today for London, it will get to London yesterday. One prophet said that Nitrogen will evaporate from the atmosphere. So when a Rasta in Jamaica lights up his blunt, the whole of the New Hemisphere will catch fire.
I am in shock. Something this big is in the horizon and I am here wondering if in 2012, Americans will elect a Mormon, Mitt Romney, president. The three anti-Christs are here and I am wondering why Obama’s speech is said to be like sex. Now I know why Republicans said the world will end if Obama is elected president. They too saw the same prediction but misinterpreted it.
I cannot believe how foolish I have been. Imagine! I was hoping to get a PhD in 2013. What a waste of time.
Please, let me relax and enjoy the little time we still have. I heard there will be famine. It will be so bad that people will be forced to eat other people to stay alive. Ah, I will be in one African cave when the time comes.

what do you advise to avoid such terrible things as I thought we only had to worry about global warming, the economy and terrorisim, which I thought my singing on Sundays would save my soul.

In all seriousness though, the calender does not speak of the end of the world..It simply stops..I guess it had to stop somewhere..I mean, it was created around 3114 B.C., they gave us roughly 5000 years of foresight..I guess it would be asking too much for an ”infinite calender.”
Supposedly, at this time, although again, it is NOT etched in stone (no pun intended, well maybe, well, ya it is intended), according to Mayan experts, the world as we know it will end and we will enter a ”noosphere” a collective, conscious awakening across the globe..a highr level will begin, those incapable of adaptation will fall to the wayside. Thus, in a sense, the world COULD end..at least the one we know and for some.
By the same token, on could die while reading this sentence..
There’s no time like the present. LOOK towards the future, be active in trying to better it, but LIVE for today..

NOW I THINK I KNOW THE ANSWER TO consciousness AFTER TIME
I see the universe from a start to a finish and under time this universe as we know it has long been gone whatever gone means
You like living in the present with the fewer conscious humans that lived
I like to concentrate on the majority that didn’t reach consciousness and if the majority wrote the truth about the workings of man and universe then i would be more likely to believe them
Do you realy think the universe is for only the fewer that new it was here or will it let all conscious life from one second old to whatever to know of it’s wonders
In this burst of energy we call the universe the end time weather it is 2012 or 6 more billion years is unavoidable
Life if lucky enough to know your here is meant to be lived as dizzy as possible the more dizzy the better

Im not a quantities surveyor or know what human limits of engineering capacities could be achieved; but we would have to dig out as much sea bed as there is ice on the polar caps ......thats huuuuge... at least as big as the whole USA.
But i suppose look at Hollands dykes! and if everyone pitched in we could slowely dig it out. We would need studies of costs and manpower. I like the idea its so simple.
But also anything we do might not be needed if global warming doesnt accelerate....but at least wed have more land.

I read your wife’s post to Rohan and see why she is a great teacher, her answer was clear, easily read with a ton of logic ,too bad it was wasted on ears that have a single purpose
but then again i thought it was informative and correct
Regardless of what time or plane I might be on, I’m pretty damn happy and ”keep it real” in my own way with open eyes and mind.....
Besides, if I should falter, I’ve got a back up of logic and reasoning with my wife.. :)
