You only become an addict if you don’t accept in your mind to give up what you are addicted to. I have seen alcoholics almost at mouth of their graves give up drinking alcohol completely (or maybe much less than they used to) without going to any rehab. Rehab in this case could be doctor’s advice, family, friends...

Sex is no different either. If you refuse to give it up & restrain yourself, you end up an addict.

So many of us here in Africa would be addicts but thank God, we are dead afraid of the virus making sleeping around a complete no-no!]]> I think we can all be addicted to something, be it sex, food, drugs, love, whatever!! BUT we can always learn to moderate whatever we want, we only need to regulate before we get to the addiction stage.
